Why we started Kindly Baked

We didn't start with a plan. Mom has been making these oat cookies simply as a family snack for two years now.

Then friends tried them. And they kept asking for more, to the point of telling her she should really sell them. About four months ago, she started making them for people around her.

The reaction was the same every time: it's delicious, it's healthy, and people genuinely ask for more. So we thought, why not turn it into a real brand? That's how Kindly Baked was born.

We're still a small family operation in Casablanca, with cookies made by hand and to order. No mass production, no ingredients we can't name. Just a recipe that works, shared with more people.
